Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen was founded in the year 2000 as a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG, Germany (80%), Beijing Kailan Aviation Technologies (20%).

Located in Shenzhen, one of the powerhouses of economic development, Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen unveiled its 6,300 dedicated workshop facility, embedded in a total area of 18,000 in February 2002. In May 2002, Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen received the Maintenance Organization Certificate to start its operation.

Sales Representative

 Responsibilities

1) Collect and analyze market information, detailed research the business opportunity and demands 2) Study and familiarize the aviation industry, especially aircraft engineering, spares management, its practices and procedures 3) Workout and implement sales strategies and activities to the accounts 4) Promote and sell the products and services 5) Create and manage the contracts and other commercial documents 6) Interpret technical documents into easy-understanding language 7) Define the sales targets and budgets in cooperation with sales & marketing team and the management 8) Set up and manage agents and distributor network 9) Build up and maintain strong relationship with key customers 10) Generate and verify defined report to the management and other department as needed 11) Organize customer events, motivate and entertain customers 12) Prepare business review presentations to customers 13) Design and create news letter and other handouts 14) Manage daily administrative work, take other responsibility assigned by the management

 Requirement

1) University degree in engineering (preferably aircraft engineering), 2) Knowledge in repair and overhaul processes for aircraft structure and structural parts 3) Languages: Proficient skills in written and oral English, proficiency in additional foreign languages such as, e. g., Japanese preferred 4) Experience in use of relevant IT office applications 5) Self-confident and appropriate appearance and ability to make clear statements 6) Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude 7) Strong customer orientation

 Responsibilities

§ Communicate with aviation authorities and representatives of Air Carriers for such activities as periodic audit, requirements of regulations and proposed changes to the Quality Manuals. § Establish and fulfil the periodic internal quality audit procedures to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of LTS. § Investigate and handle the maintenance safety accidents/incidents and human errors. § Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the quality system of LTS. Maintain the lists of approved subcontractors/ suppliers. § Coordinate compilations, maintenance and revision of the Quality Manuals or guidelines related to the quality system of LTS. § Support the other departments to ensure they understand and comply with the policies and procedures of LTS as well as the airworthiness requirements.

 Requirement

Major: Engineering or equivalent Education level: Bachelor degree or above Working experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in aviation maintenance related; at least 1 year experience in quality audit; § Thorough knowledge of the CAAC aviation maintenance legislation or similar knowledge with other Regulatory Airworthiness Authorities; § Possess the knowledge of quality management, be familiar with ISO or EN9100 standards; § With strong analysis, responsibility and positive working attitude；Good interpersonal skill and good team player; § Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; § Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Skill / technique on database programme is preferred. Certificates: Maintenance Personnel License of CAAC; ISO Internal Auditor Training Certificate;
