I. Forget password
1.1 Go to: www.aaddesk.com, click "Forget Password"
1.2 Enter your email address
A. Choose user type (Enterprise user or Personal user)
B. Enter your email address associated with aaddesk.com
C. After submission , system will send you an email

1.3 Reset password
A. Go to your emailbox , open the link to reset your password
